Session’s closure meeting held with SMC on 5th December 2022 at 02 pm at Riglam School, Choglamsar

Meeting started with the review on the discussion held on meeting at Riglam School on 26th November 2022
Discussed on overall repairing and replacement of Classroom doors/ windows repairing after the winter break at school level.
SMC will follow up with the appointment on Bodhi, computer and Gen. Line teacher from the month of March.
Solution sorted to find fund for the new slide and swing for infant section through School’s website by the SMC.
Provision of special quota for under privileged children for the admission at school as well as hostel will remain same as before.
Everyone decided to have meeting with SMC after every two month.(6 times a year)in case of emergency too.(Venue could be at different places)
Discussion about teacher’s training especially for Infant section to strengthen the skills and knowledge required for teaching. Infant section will also need some teaching Aids/ resources after the winter break.
SMC review on the idea of having their presence at school, where Teacher’s representative, Head miss and the Principal  unanimously agreed on the same point that their presence was very significant and had brought great change for school and thank them for their constant support.                
Session Closure meeting ended up with  fruitful solutions!
